Bogor - MNC Leasing and MNC Finance held a training program entitled "Re-Engineering Your Life" which was held on December 13-14, 2024 at Lido Lake Resort, Sukabumi. Initiated by PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk, this activity was attended by MNC Leasing and MNC Finance employees at the Section Head level, and aims to develop self-potential and cooperation in order to improve professional performance and achieve the personal goals of each participant.

Participants are invited to recognize self-image, understand the power of the mind (belief system), and learn important skills such as asking, dealing with rejection, and developing self-motivation and initiative. Thus, this program is expected to provide greater drive to employees to achieve better performance in the workplace while achieving their personal goals.
